Short version: what you send through this site goes to Baylee, and nowhere else.

What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site — a message, a home value request, or a property you'd like Baylee to look at — we collect what you type in: typically your name, phone number, email address, and the details of your request. Calling or texting Baylee from a link on this site uses your own phone; the site itself doesn't record those.

How it's used

Form submissions are delivered to Baylee Russell so she can respond to you. They are used only to answer your question or help with your real estate needs. They are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.

How it's stored

This site is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions and delivers them by email. Netlify's own privacy practices apply to that handling.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers. Standard server logs may record basic technical information such as IP address and browser type.

Your choices

If you'd like your information deleted, email baylee.russell@kw.com and it will be removed.
